Cookie policy

The short version

We only use what is needed to run the site, plus cookie-free visit counting. We use no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no trackers, so we don’t show a cookie banner. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first.

Cookies we set

Other technologies

• Cloudflare Turnstile: a security check that runs when you sign up, sign in, reset your password, or submit a report, monitor or estimate, to tell people and bots apart. Cloudflare reads signals such as your IP address and browser details, uses them only to detect bots, and describes them as strictly necessary for that. We set no cookies for it.
• Chart software: report pages load Plotly from its content network. It does not set cookies on our behalf.
• Vercel Web Analytics: counts page views without cookies or anything stored on your device. Vercel tells visits apart with a code made from the request, which it discards after 24 hours.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the sign-in cookie, you won’t be able to stay signed in.
